SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SCOTTI ships to most countries around the world, shipping costs and delivery may very per country. We ship our parcels within two days of placing the order and the delivery day is depending on the shipping method and carrier.

If your country is not listed as a shipping option, please get in touch with our customer service team at hello@scottisphere.com and we will try our best to find a solution for you to get your items.

DUTIES AND TAXES TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival.

Please note that SCOTTI is unable to advise the amount this may be. The shipping company (DPD/FEDEX) will contact the customer once the purchase arrives in customs to inform them about the amount of additional costs. Please note that if customers choose to not pay the import taxes, SCOTTI reserves the right to charge the customer for incurred costs.

We send all of our products as packages, which makes it possible to track them in case of problems. During shipments the package is insured and we kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to your delivery courier immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it. Then return the merchandise to us.

SCOTTI is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged or lost during transportation. We always pack everything carefully, thereby minimizing possible damage.

Please notice that it is unfortunately not possible to cancel your order once placed.

Instead you are more than welcome to return it once received.
